Redding Cub Scout Pack 118's Bear dens worked with Peter's Dad, a Darien FD member, to complete the bear badge
"Be Ready" requirement one bleak Sunday afternoon at Cherry Lawn park.  We discussed and practiced good ideas
for helping when somebody falls through ice.  The ice on the pond was 6" thick.
